The day is finally here. TEN GOOD REASONS has launched! I hope you all enjoy the book as much as I do. * Take a picture of you and my book. I love, love, love seeing pictures of you and my books! So much so that I’m having a photo contest over the next two months. I will send Sandy Cove souvenir gift packs with $10 Amazon cards to the following:
- The first person who sends in a photo of themselves with TEN GOOD REASONS in a Barnes and Noble!
- The most creative photo of a reader holding TEN GOOD REASONS (sent in between April 7 and June 7). (If several photos seem creative, I’ll pool them together and do a random drawing from the creative ones.)
- Two randomly selected photos of a reader holding TEN GOOD REASONS (drawings will take place on May 7 and June 7)

* Write an Amazon review. You can start leaving reviews on Amazon as of today, and it really makes a difference in a writer’s career how many reviews she gets. Whether you buy the book on Amazon or not, please – if you have a few extra minutes – leave 3-4 sentences and however many stars you like. The number of reviews, apparently, is what determines how many Amazon lists you get on (like the “…if you like this book, you might like this one…” variety). So it’s Super-Important. And tell your friends about reviews! Speaking of which …
* Tell your friends about the book! If you have friends who love to read contemporary romance, please spread the word. Whether you’re standing in a bookstore, sitting in a hairdresser’s chair, waiting at the car wash, or seeing someone read on the subway, I’d surely appreciate the shout-out. If you’re shy, but you’d hand out TEN GOOD REASONS postcards, I’m ordering a bunch of pretty ones I’d be happy to mail you.
