We’re counting down to launch TEN GOOD REASONS tomorrow! Here are reasons 2 and 1:

Reason 2 – Lia

Lia was the marketing-minded sister in The Red Bikini who kept Fin on his toes. (He didn’t want to date the sister of his closest friend.)

Now she has her own story, where she brings her talkative attitude, her optimistic disposition, and her problem-solving skills to the Sandy Cove marina, where she manages to make a few more waves than she meant to.

I always had a young Piper Perabo (left) in mind when writing Lia. I’ve actually tried to write her story a few times, but it wasn’t until the character Evan showed up on the page that I really knew I had found her match.

Speaking of which…

Reason 1 – Evan

Evan is a completely different hero than Fin, and I’m curious what everyone will think of this brooding, sexy boat captain who has a haunted past.

I thought he was unlikely match for Lia – given her eternal optimism –  so I threw them together on the page and watched sparks fly!

I had so much fun writing these two. I sure hope you like their story.
