Pumpkin-Flavored Loveliness No. 1

After the soccer games on Saturday, I dragged the family to help me satisfy my craving for my pumpkin frozen yogurt with the graham cracker topping:

(Golden Spoon, how do I love thee?)

I still want to make the empanadas, though (have all the ingredients now!).

I have never had pumpkin frozen yogurt, but it sounds and looks good. I just had a piece of pumpkin struessel (?) cheesecake – that was sooooo good. It had the graham cracker crust, a layer of cheesecake, a layer of pumpkin pie and the top was like apple struessel – it was the best!! =)
